Smoothies are the best way to energize and nourish your body pre or post-workout. Even if you’re not exercising, they can provide some of the nutrients your body needs in the processes of healing, weight loss or simply to feel good.

Today we bring you a few recipes you can try at home with your OGX shakes. Create your own and share it with us!

Bananacado FENIX Shake

Ingredients

¾ cup of milk of your choice (almond or coconut work great)

2 bananas

½ peeled avocado

1 scoop of OGX Vanilla

1 cup of ice cubes

Place all the ingredients in your blender or processor and stir until the mix is smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. 


Veggie Smoothie

Ingredients

1½ cup of water

¾ pound romaine lettuce

1½ cup of baby spinach

3 celery sticks

1 peeled and diced apple

1 peeled and diced pear

1 peeled banana

½ peeled lemon

1 tablespoon of Spore Powder

Put all the ingredients in your blender and process until smooth, you can choose to add more fruit if you’re more on the fruity side. Serve immediately and decorate with celery sticks. 


ChocoMatcha FENIX Shake

Ingredients

1 cup ice

1 cup of coconut milk

1/2 peeled and pitted avocado

1 ripe banana, peeled (preferably frozen)

1 tbsp peanut or almond butter

1 tsp matcha powder

1 scoop of FENIX Chocolate shake

1 tbsp chia seeds

Mix all the ingredients in your processor or blender. Drink immediately for an energetic effect.
