With high levels of sugar, soda is linked to several diseases including overweight, diabetes, and heart problems. Substitute this unhealthy drink with a soothing beverage that the whole family can enjoy by preparing your favorite ORGANO Tea mix and adding some ice!

  • 1 box ORGANO™ Red Tea
  • 2 Tbsp dehydrated chopped apple
  • 2 Tbsp chopped orange peel
  • 2 Tbsp candied pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp chopped hibiscus
  • 2 Tbsp dried blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp chopped red currants
  1. Empty the content of all the tea sachets of your box in a jar and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Use an infuser to steep one tablespoon of your mix in hot water for three minutes.
  3. Add 3-4 ice cubes

Replace a fatty dressing with an organic vinaigrette

Supermarket dressings are usually packed with saturated fats, sugars, and preservatives. Season your salad with a homemade vinaigrette that also gives you the chance to use 100% organic ingredients.

Organic Green Tea Vinaigrette

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • 1 ORGANO™ Green Tea bag
  • Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. of Red Onion, minced very finely
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp chopped herbs (oregano and fresh parsley)
  1. Steep your Green Tea in ¼ cup of hot water for approximately 10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Once mixed, pour in the steeped water. Mix well with a whisk or large fork.
  3. Allow sitting for at least 3-4 hours before serving to let flavors infuse.

  • 1 sachet ORGANO™ Hot Cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan sea salt.
  1. Pour maple syrup on the bottom of an empty mug and empty the sachet of hot cocoa.
  2. Warm water up and pour in the cup. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and enjoy.
