Chances are you’ve never heard of this day before. But now that you know, mark your calendars to the third Thursday of each quarter of the year.

Get interested in their lives

When meeting with your customers, don’t go straight to business. Inquire about their life at home or at work. Remember, your customers have a life as busy as yours. Was their kid sick the last time you talk to them? Were they stressed with deadlines at work? Follow up on their situation, and show them you care about them as people, not just as customers.

Find out what they like

Chances are you and your customers share many common interests. Find out what they are and start conversations related to those topics. Are they into health or fashion? Show them our mentions in InStyle and Shape magazines. Are they into movies? Show them our mention in People magazine. Do they like art? Show them some art containing the Ganoderma mushroom. Whatever their interests are, there’s no topic you can’t link to the perks of joining the OG Family.

Personalize their shopping experience

Don’t treat all your customers the same. Each one of them has a different favorite beverage and distinct shopping patterns.Once you figure them out you can mark your calendar to know when each of them will need a new order, and  start your conversations with “Should I get you the usual?” This question will make them know you are attentive to their personalized needs.

Ask for feedback

There’s always a chance to improve. Even if you’re a successful Distributor, and your customers love you, be open to suggestions on how to enhance your business. Ask your customers to answer a survey so you can help them make their shopping experience memorable. Would they like to get more samples with their orders? Do you deliver the promised products on time? Would they want to get some extra information on any of their products? These questions will not only help you boost your business, but it will show your customers that you value their opinion.

Stay in touch

This might sound like an obvious point, but don’t take your customers for granted. The previous points are not only to be used when you need to make a sale, but they’re an excellent resource to keep in touch with your customers while they make their next order. Even an email about an interesting article on our blog that reminded you of them will suffice to make them know they’re important to you.
