Janeth Esmeralda Muñiz Pérez, from Zempoala, Mexico, has a bachelor degree in tourism and a master’s degree in strategic management with a specialty in Human Resources from the Hidalgo State University, where she worked for eight years in management positions.
She started her OG path to help her mom, but back then she didn’t have the necessary knowledge to develop her business. She kept the product for herself, as she is an avid coffee lover, until one day one of her bosses tried an OG coffee. He instantly loved it and realized the benefits that the Ganoderma provided him. Thanks to this, Janeth started to generate a good income, and six months later, for her 30th birthday, she went to St. Louis, Missouri, for her first convention. “After realizing how big the company is, and watching the ceremonies that awarded Carla Marín with an Eagle, and Carmen Beltrán with a Sword I decided this was my new life project.”
Two months after the ceremony, Janeth reached Platinum, two months after that she reached Platinum Elite, and four months later she arrived to Saphire. She was doing so well that some months her OG profit would equal her regular job income and in the end, her team was doing so good that she quitted that job to commit a 100% of her time to her OG business.
Thanks to ORGANO™, Janeth has traveled seven times outside of Mexico, and she cannot even recall how many times she’s traveled inside the country. She now has the opportunity to travel with her mother, who is also a successful OG woman, and they can both have quality time together. Other members of their family have also joined the OG business and, as a family rule, they only choose people with their same values and energy to join their team.
How did she reach Emerald?
Janeth answer is simple: “You must learn to listen to your role models and to understand the system. Holton Buggs always says others see in you the potential you can’t see in yourself. We should learn to find that potential and learn to use it.” Janeth thanks John Sachtouras, Carmen Beltrán, and Carla Marín to offer that big piece of advice.
EXPO 2017 fueled her to reach Emerald
Janeth qualified for a training with Holton Buggs at UTX and wanted to be eligible to Ruby to meet him in her city. Thanks to a lot of hard work she was able to do so after 21 months of being in Saphire, and that motivated her team to duplicate their CV, almost reaching Emerald. Two weeks before EXPO 2017, Janeth had a hospital emergency and wasn’t able to go to the event. However, this was the date she had proposed herself to reach Emerald, and by December 2017 she finally attained that rank.
At the end of our interview, Janeth left us with two pieces of advice for everyone trying to reach their goals with OG:
1. Stop focusing on what other people achieve and focus on what your goals are. Don’t stop until you meet your objectives and trust the right people will come at the right time.
2. Don’t be afraid to shine. Believe in yourself and your capabilities. Stop watching other people succeed and show your full potential to shine with them.
