Julie and Leon James are a part of the growing list of OG success stories who came from a background of no Network Marketing experience, but still managed to strike it big with ORGANO™. Julie — a professional cover singer for more than 15 years — and Leon — a former amateur and professional boxer — have been with ORGANO™ ever since the company launched in Australia back in 2013. Over the last 4 years, their commitment, dedication, and business have strengthened by attending events, meeting other Distributors, and sharing the ORGANO™ Opportunity with people all over the world.
“Since first joining OG in 2013, we have attended 8 international ORGANO™ events and everytime we return home as different people,” says Julie. “We attended the most recent EXPO and brought with us 10 team members from Australia. This event really impacted us because we got to see other team members walk across the stage and witness firsthand the excitement of them achieving new recognition in ORGANO™. Seeing this made us want to experience that same success. We knew we had to come home, step up, and be the leaders we needed to be for our team in Australia & New Zealand. Within one month of returning from EXPO, Leon and I hit Sapphire.”
Now that they’re part of the ORGANO™ leadership, Julie and Leon are not only setting an example for their organization, they’re setting an example for their two young boys.
“The best moment came when we qualified for the Playa Del Carmen Getaway and hit Sapphire while we were in Mexico with our children. It was an incredible feeling to have our two boys celebrate with us after all the sacrifices we had made as a family to qualify for this trip and grow our business.”
Despite all of their previous jobs, it wasn’t until ORGANO™ that they understood the true meaning of leadership. As Sapphires, they learned how to develop into leaders and help others achieve the same success they had experienced.
“Being part of ORGANO™ and tapping in closely to the leadership has changed every aspect of our lives. We learned a lot about ORGANO™ leadership through our upline Diamonds, Sam and Kim Bean. Even though we are on the opposite side of the globe to our Diamonds and live in a different time zone, we make sure to be on every team call, which is at midnight each week. We are so blessed to have such amazing leaders in Mr & Mrs Bean, who not only mentor us, but genuinely care about our business and our family.”
