You’ve probably heard this phrase before, but what does it mean, what does this strategy accomplish, and why do you need to do it now?

Have a Testimonial
When someone asks you what your favorite product is and you say you don’t know or have only tried a few of them, it’s not very convincing for the Customer or prospect. You need to have a testimonial to share.
