Domingo Ventura comes from Guatemala and lives in New Jersey, where he works as a factory worker. Like many others, he received the ORGANO opportunity through one of our products! “I discovered ORGANO thanks to Wilfredo Guevara. I was checking my Instagram and saw that he was promoting the G3 Beauty Soap. I went to one of his events in my city and I was sold.” For Domingo, ORGANO checked many of the boxes he was searching for in regards to a business opportunity and his goals for 2022.
“I learned the business from scratch, I kept my mind open and my spirit coachable,” he explains. On a normal day, he balances his day between his 8-hour job and ORGANO, dedicating up to 4 hours to his business, doing presentations, approaching new clients and prospects. “That’s how I got my Sapphire rank. I worked hard to see my dreams materialize and when I got my rank I had the chance to have a private lunch with Mr Paul Caldwell, that inspired me even more.”
Domingo knows there is a long road ahead of him and he is committed to reach even higher ranks with his business, but as a piece of wisdom for up and coming Distribution Partners he says, “be willing to learn, act as a sponge and take all you can from your leaders. Then, focus on your goals and what you want, that’s the only way to get it.”
