Today’s Spotlight story belongs to Aneska Wide, a South African Ruby that at a very young age has reached one of the highest ranks in our company. Today she shares her experience and keys to success.
Aneska Wide has always believed in the possibility of making your dreams come true. At a very young age, when she was 18, life showed her that not everything was easy, after applying for several jobs she was rejected due to “lack of qualifications”. However, this didn’t discourage her from trying to find her ideal job.
“After searching online, I came across an ad to join network marketing, I did some research and decided to join. As it goes for many of us, the first company you join is not always the one you stay with. I’ve reached high ranks in 2 of my previous companies but it was tiring and I felt the burnout, until I found ORGANO. The company has been a breath of fresh air for me in the industry. The support I have received has allowed me to achieve the Sapphire and Ruby ranks, which is equivalent to Diamond rank in most companies, in only a few months from joining the opportunity.”
This year Aneska reaches her 4th year in the industry, “I cannot believe the things I’ve achieved at only 22 years old. This job has helped me travel the world, own my home and a car. I’ve been a guest speaker at many events not only in my home country South Africa, but also in the United Kingdom. I’ve had the privilege to share the stage with some of the industry’s greats. I’ve made lifelong friends from all around the world when I went to further myself at the Go Pro event in Las Vegas.”
Her secret? Dedication and a passion for connecting with others, “I’m devoted to my team members, I always make sure they get the best possible help from me when they have issues. Ensuring that they get training if needed is also important and letting them know that I acknowledge their ability to make decisions that is beneficial to the team..” Aneska is sure that a personal touch is vital for success, for her they are not coworkers or colleagues, they are family.
