Italian Affogato
This italian recipe means “drowned” in English and is the perfect recipe for a fun afternoon.
Ingredients
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
1 shot of OG Espresso or a sachet of dissolved OG Black Coffee
1 teaspoon of chocolate chips
Place the scoop of ice cream in your mug, then pour the OG Espresso or Black coffee over it and add the chocolate chips. Enjoy!
Vietnamese Egg Coffee
This is the traditional coffee you will find in Vietnam. It is cloudy, creamy and delicious! Have a cup in the morning as a cup of comfort before leaving home.
Ingredients
1 Egg yolk
2 Sachet of King of coffee
2 tablespoons of condensed milk
Brew your King of Coffee the usual way. In the meantime, mix the egg yolk with the condensed milk and whisk until the texture is frothy. As you whisk start adding the coffee, slowly.
The beverage will be ready when there is foam on top of the mix. Delight your palate with this smooth drink!
Cold Portuguese Mazagran
This recipe is perfect for those hot summer days! It is said that this recipe was invented by French soldiers in Algiers in the 1940s.
Ingredients
3 sachets of OG Café Supreme
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of water
2 cups of freshly squeezed lemonade
1 cup of sparkling water
2 cups of ice
In a medium saucepan, dissolve the sugar and water on medium heat. Once the sugar is completely dissolved and at syrup consistency, remove from the stove.
In a large pitcher, mix the OG Café Supreme and the lemon juice, add the syrup to taste, ice and the sparkling water.
Serve on tall glasses and decorate with slices of lemon.
