We love to see our Distribution Partners grow and Emily Morrow is the perfect example of consistency. You may have heard her story on how she became a Sapphire… but it’s been a year and she’s already grown into an inspiring Ruby! Discover her year of growth and her secrets to achieve it.
Emily Morrow is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and entrepreneur, located in Denton, Texas. She consults 150 people on average each month, sharing her love for healthy nutrition and the ORGANO opportunity.
Last year Emily was one of our highlighted Sapphires and promised more success with her determination and drive… and she has delivered! “Over the past 8 to 10 months I started showing up more confident, in my true self, regardless of what people would think. I suppose I attracted similar, like minded entrepreneurs that also want to be world changers (and love coffee)”, she adds.
This strategy has proven successful, she tweaked her online presence and took Instagram as a tool to connect with new clients and prospects, “my team and I share daily on Instagram and support one another. it’s been a ripple effect. I couldn’t have reached Ruby without my rockstar babes of mushroom queens.”
Emily’s daily tasks include sharing her personal struggles, wins and stories on social media, she searches for new testimonials and listens to the experiences of others and builds on that. “I never make false claims. When people message and ask, Em, would the coffee help with (blank), I simply respond by saying, “I’m not sure, but it can’t hurt.” I let people make the decision if or when they want to try it and never over promise anything or throw a bunch of info at them.”
“The pandemic showed me how valuable our health is. It freed up more time to invest in self development through high performance coaching and pouring into my Instagram platform and nutrition practice. As I grew as a person and in confidence, my Organo business followed suit.” Of course, COVID-19 has posed a challenge for her, but also an opportunity for growth and self-assurance.
Now, with a Ruby rank her goal is to keep spreading the message of health, wellbeing and financial freedom that OGANO represents for many. We are pretty sure there is more to be written about this inspiring woman!
