At ORGANO we like to hear the inspiring stories of our most successful distributors, those that go the extra mile and display outstanding performance.
Currently living in Denton, Texas and working in Flower Mound as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Orangetheory Fitness Coach, 24 year old Emily Morrow knows that determination and commitment can take you far! That’s why she’s in our spotlight of this month.
Emily started playing soccer at the age of 4 and played collegiate soccer, and even when most part of her life she was led to believe she was never good enough, she decided not to try to prove others wrong, but prove to herself that she was capable of anything. That’s how, with persistence and character, she graduated receiving the Summa Cum Laude honor from The University of Tennessee in her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and dual minor in Nutrition and Leadership Studies.
Shortly after graduating, she became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with the Nutritional Therapy Association and started her own nutrition practice as her first entrepreneurial endeavor. She started giving personal consultations, created custom meal plans, and coached at local businesses and high schools, sharing most of her knowledge and wisdom on her Instagram account @emilymorrow.

Direct sales. Side hustle. Network marketing. Call it what you want. I’ve heard ‘you’re crazy’ ‘it doesn’t work’ ‘let’s see how that goes’ ‘that’s not a good idea’ one too many times. Not to mention, I work for not one but TWO of these so called companies outside of my 4 jobs— Holistic Nutritionist, Orangetheory coach, social media marketing/web design. Every time I hear someone’s doubt, I’m motivated even more. Not to prove them wrong but to prove to myself I can. It hasn’t been easy. There’s been plenty of pitfalls. There’s been plenty of times I’ve thought, should I really be doing this. And yet I still feel insufficient like I should be doing more. But then, I hear the Lord whisper, what you’re doing is changing lives for the better. You are giving people their health back, offering financial opportunities and bringing people closer to Jesus.
Thanks to all those proactive efforts, she partnered with Dr. Ozzie at the Functional Medicine and Wellness Center in Flower Mound, Texas to guide patients on wellness and healthy practices. That’s when she was first-introduced to ORGANO: “At the time, I was a patient of his and going through my own health struggles. After using the spores and coffee myself for four months, I knew it was something that needed to be shared with the world. Everything about my life changed. I felt better. Slept better. Healed my gut. Felt happier.“
Such was the transformation that she decided to set up her own wholesale account and set an ambitious goal for herself: get the coffee into the hands of at least one million people among clients, friends, families and anyone she could reach out to. It is not an easy feat, but she began handing out samples, talking about her experience and inviting her contacts to join the OG lifestyle.
“I made a decision from day one to share the products and opportunity to everyone, every single day, with confidence, purpose and passion. Yes, you’ll get no’s. But those fueled my passion even more. And believe it or not, some of the people behind those initial no’s are now some of the top distributors on my team.”
Emily is now Sapphire thanks to her restlessness and commitment: “I can’t help but thank God. I have no background in sales, no background in marketing, no background in managing a team. But what I do have is the ability to connect and understand people and lead by example and empower others to do the same.” And that’s her secret, connecting on a human level and speaking from a healthy mindset.
Now she sees her clients in office 3 days per week and additionally coaches 5 days per week at Orangetheory Fitness. Talk about drive and passion about your career!
Her pieces of advice for all distributors that want to make it far?
Consistency: Consistently share Organo with every single person you know, attend events, set your goals. Consistently motivate your team to do the same.
Vulnerability: Live and act with vulnerability. You have a product that can change the world. Share, host events, post videos and pictures. “My motto has been and will continue to be leading with heart and serving overselling. Your story might be the one that connects with someone that needs it most.”
