ORGANO arrived into Cielo Yucra Perez and Eddie Vargas Herrera’s lives just at the right moment. This couple from Cochabamba, Bolivia were tired of their routine and needed to start something new to keep their ambition for success running.
Cielo and Eddie are natural-born entrepreneurs. Cielo is a commercial engineer and event organizer, while Eddie is a photographer, videographer, and graphic designer. Together, they own three companies that have given them the chance of being their own bosses and get the independence they need to spend time with their three kids.
Our dynamic Distributors run by the motto of “success loves speed.” That’s why just four months after the ORGANO opportunity arrived in their lives, they’d already reached Platinum, and only three months after assisting UTX in Las Vegas, they reached Sapphire.
Despite all their success, Cielo and Eddie have always kept their feet on the ground. They recognize that they’ve had losses, debts, and struggles before ORGANO, and they’ve learned from them to never give up. Giving up has never been on their plans, as they want to set an example for their kids so they can also live their lives to the fullest as they do what they love the most.
They have also learned about the importance of teamwork and put a great value on the power of attending OG Events. Thanks to Diamond Hanoi Driggs, their whole team has been able to reach their next level. So much so, that Cielo made a dream come true as she participated at our UTX 2018 and realized that, even when not all Distributors speak the same language, the passion for ORGANO is a universal language that everyone understands and its power runs through everyone’s veins. While in Las Vegas, her whole team designed an 18-month plan that is already helping them grow an even bigger business than what they have now.
We asked if there’s any advice they’d give to Distributors looking to get the same results they had, Cielo and Eddie reply: “Don’t forget that you’re in the best company, managing the best products” They encourage everyone not to give up, not to lose focus, and not to miss any event. Finally, they add, “always surround yourself with successful people.”
