We have a new Sapphire in the ranks! Alicia Leticia González Bravo is from Mexico but has been living in Santa Ana California for over 25 years. Discover her story and get inspired by her!
Before joining ORGANO, Alicia used to work cleaning offices, “I joined ORGANO 3 years ago, mainly because of health concerns. I tried the product and decided to become a Distribution Partner to get the product at a better price, but also because I experienced great change with it.”
Thanks to the support of her leaders from Mexico, she learned and followed the 4 steps to grow her OG business, “I realized it was possible to be a product of the product and that many others could live what I had lived. That motivated me to ask my friends and family to join,” and so she did! She harnessed the power of word of mouth to share the ORGANO opportunity with friends, neighbors and other people. “I also had the support from local leaders, and had virtual meetings with other leads from Mexico.”.
By leveraging the power of the internet, she created her own entrepreneur hub in Santa Ana and started working together towards their first rank advancement, “after three months of just joining, I reached VIP and Platinum with other team members. The network expanded to other US states and Mexico.” Talk about productivity!
When asked about her secrets for success, Alicia is clear about the importance of knowing and using the product, and creating activities that motivate people to acquire them, “my team has always been about reaching goals, so each time there is a new promo, we make the commitment to reach the goal and go further. We use virtual coffee meetings, mixers and sessions to share the product.” In her meetings, she encourages people to try the product, and get it for a special price. “Testing is really important, but so is prospecting. Knowing your client, giving them the product they really need and inviting them to join our weekly calls has proven to be a great strategy.”
Alicia’s pieces of advice for anyone who wants to thrive in this business are: “Follow your leaders, listen to them. Connect and use all the tools given to you to make this a real business. Become a product of the product and have full confidence in it. Recommend it, and share your testimonial with the world, your conviction will encourage others to try it as well.”
