Café au lait
Ingredients
1 cup of dissolved Gourmet Black Coffee
1 cup of steamed milk
Into a large cup, start pouring the hot Gourmet Black Coffee and the hot steamed milk, evenly. Reserve the foam of the milk. Once the cup is almost full, stir. Spoon the foam over the mix and serve.
Pecan Latte
Ingredients
Coffee
1 shot of OG Espresso
1/2 cup of steamed milk
Maple Pecan Syrup
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/4 of pecan butter
1/2 tablespoon of butter
1/3 cup of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Garnish
Whipped cream
Chopped toasted pecans
For the syrup, combine the maple syrup, pecan butter and butter on a pot over medium heat. Stir while it starts to boil, wait 2 minutes and then remove from heat. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract and whisk. Set aside and let it cool completely.
For the coffee, mix the OG Espresso and 2 tablespoons of the maple pecan syrup you just prepared, whisk until it is well mixed. Add the steamed milk and top with the whipped cream and pecan bits.
Chilango Coffee
2 cups of King of Coffee
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of whole milk
1/2 cup of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/3 cup of chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Prepare the OG King of Coffee as you normally do. Separately, add the milk, heavy cream, sugar and chocolate syrup into a pan and let simmer on low heat. Stir constantly and don’t let it burn for about 3 minutes, then remove from heat. Add the vanilla extract and King of coffee. Serve immediately.
