Wild Mushroom Soup

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1 kg chanterelle mushrooms

¼ tsp salt

1 cup diced onions

1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour

⅛ cup fresh thyme

2 cloves garlic

1 lt. chicken broth

1 cup water

1 cup heavy whipping cream

Melt the butter in a deep pan, add the mushrooms and salt. Cook for 10 minutes or until the mushrooms are golden brown. Add the  diced onions and cook until they soften.

Stir in the flour and mix well. Add the fresh thyme and garlic, and then add the chicken stock and water over your mixture, simmer on low-medium for an hour.

With an immersion blender, mix the liquid and start adding the cream until everything is well-mixed.  Season with your favorite herbs and serve.

FENIX Pumpkin Spice Bars

1 scoop OGX FENIX™ Vanilla

¾ cup raw pecans

½ cup raw almonds

¼ cup roasted pumpkin seeds

1 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 pinch sea salt

Process the pecans, seeds, and almonds in a blender until they are finely grated. Place them in a bowl, add the pumpkin puree to the nut mix along with the scoop of OGX FENIX™ and sea salt. Process until combined. 

Line up a loaf pan with wax paper and pour in the mixture, then press down firmly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Once ready, take them out and cut into 16 slices.

Tasty coffee Pudding

2 tbsp of cornstarch

2 tbsp of sugar

1 tsp of ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt

2 cups of whole milk

1 tbsp of ORGANO Café Supreme Powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

In a saucepan, mix the cornstarch, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Gradually whisk in the milk and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Whisk constantly until thick.  Remove from the heat and add the coffee and vanilla, mix until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to the serving cups and cover with plastic wrap. Chill until cold, at least 2 hours. Enjoy as your dessert!
