Front Squats

 

Hold an end of your band with each hand and step on its center with both feet. Separate your feet to shoulder-width. Bend your knees keeping your back straight and core firm. Rise to the start position and repeat this movement ten times. You can add more resistance by holding your band further from its ends.

Leg press

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can do this exercise seated on a chair. Hold an end of your band with each hand and place your right foot in the center of the OGX Exercise band. Keep your left foot on the floor and bend your right knee towards you; then, extend your right foot out in front of you. Repeat ten times and do the same with your left leg.

Chest press

 

 

 

 

 

 

For this exercise, you can either sit on your chair or stand up, but remember always to keep your back straight. Grab the handles of the band with each hand and place it behind your back. Extend your arms, pushing out in front of your chest. Hold for three seconds and let it relax. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

Standing Bicep curl

 

Stand up on the middle of your OGX Exercise Band with your feet apart to hip-width. Hold the handles with each hand. Strats with your arms straight down and relaxed at your sides.  Bend your elbows taking the palms of your hands towards your shoulders. To add resistance, grab your exercise band further from its ends or widen the space between your feet. Repeat this movement ten times.

Seated row

 

 

 

 

 

 

Grab both ends of the band with each hand. Seat either on a chair or the ground, with your legs extended, your knees slightly bent, and your feet pulling the center of the exercise band away from your body. Keep your back straight and bend your elbows back, squeezing your shoulder blades together and pulling the band towards your belly button. Repeat this movement ten times.
