We have a new Ruby! Anthony Alvarez, an entrepreneurial 25-year old is the latest Distribution Partner to join this select rank and we got his story to inspire you!
Anthony has Panamanian roots and lives in Daytona Beach, Florida, “From a young age, I joined the Military, in the US Marine Corps. after studying and training in different Bases here in the United States and in Japan”. He is currently in Jacksonville Fl, where he’s still serving and completing his studies. For him, his family’s security comes first, so making sure that their lifestyle was top-notch, he looked for ways to lead a healthier life, and that’s how he found ORGANO.
“I have known about OG and its products since 2012 when my mother started buying them. She always told me that she would like me to do Organo part-time, and share these energetic products among my colleagues and also offer them the opportunity.” Without hesitation, Anthony joined OG, inspired by the success of his aunt, leader Blanca Sachtouras.
He started working hard, guided by his aunt and also driven by the motivation of spreading a message of wellness, “I reached the Ruby rank with the direct mentoring of my aunt Blanca Sachtouras and 100% support from my mother. I do the business part-time on weekends when I have free time. It has been through referred contacts, there are people in the team that I still don’t know personally because most of them have been contacts through the referred Social networks and I also made my telephone contacts.”
The momentum that came from his constant outreach using social media has paid off and he thanks his mother for pushing him to reach higher every single time, “my mother supported me all the time with the presentations and follow-ups to the prospects and contacts that I send her. In most cases, everyone joined with Gold packages.” Just as with everything in life, it has been a learning process, not only about the product but on how to keep people’s interest.
Anthony’s ambition is big and he wants more, “My goal is to reach Diamond and beyond. I want to help 2000 families achieve great extra income here at Organo.” And he wants others to take part in his success, “You have to have a lot of focus, discipline, action, believe in yourself, always contact new people, and have an excellent Mentor. it is very important to be coachable and learn to work as a team, these things you only learn by experience.” With his message of persistence and dedication, we’re sure that a Diamond rank is in the cards in the upcoming months.
