Can you tell us about a challenging experience you have faced and how you overcame it?
As a person who is deaf, communication barriers have always been a struggle for me. In order to overcome my insecurities and the fear and embarrassment that came with them, I took action and spent two months conducting surveys on the street. This allowed me to break down barriers and improve my communication skills.
How do you balance your personal and professional responsibilities?
I effectively manage my time by prioritizing tasks that are essential to achieving my goals, while eliminating those that are not. This involves scheduling both my work and family obligations. However, I recognize that it’s equally important to allocate time for myself to unwind and visualize my goals.
To achieve this, I define realistic and achievable goals and write them down. I even put them on my refrigerator door to serve as a constant reminder of what I’m working towards.
What role do women play in driving positive change and energy in their families and communities?
Every woman has the potential to achieve her dreams, provided she makes the decision to do so. It’s crucial for women to remind themselves that they are worthy and deserving of success, and to practice self-love. This starts with prioritizing oneself, and extends to the family and beyond, ultimately contributing to the realization of one’s dreams.
What advice would you give to young women who aspire to have a positive impact on their communities?
A woman’s value lies in her ability to understand herself, including her likes, talents, strengths, and weaknesses. This understanding leads to trust in the resources she possesses, but most importantly, in herself. By having confidence in herself, she is empowered to fight for the goals she sets, and ultimately achieve them.

How do you define success and what has been your greatest achievement to date?
Earl Nightingale’s definition of success as “the progressive realization of a worthy goal” is one that resonates deeply with me and perfectly captures the essence of our profession.
Our aim is to positively impact the lives of thousands of people, beyond just their financial and physical well-being. This requires a tremendous amount of dedication, passion, and commitment to our profession, as well as a genuine love for people.
My proudest achievement to date is attaining the rank of Diamond in ORGANO, along with 5 Rubies and 14 new Sapphires. This accomplishment is not only the result of hard work and unwavering persistence, but also a testament to the person I have become in the process.
How do you balance your personal and professional responsibilities?
To achieve success, it’s crucial to prioritize and organize tasks according to goals. As a mother and business owner, it was challenging to balance both, but delegation and focus on productive activities helped. Although sacrificing time with family at the beginning, hard work paid off in achieving time freedom and reaching the Diamond level in two and a half years.
Can you share with us a mentor or role model who has had a significant impact on your life and career?
My husband is my business mentor. He possesses the knowledge, vision, passion, and determination necessary to make our business successful, but most importantly, he has more belief in me than I have in myself. This is what made us a powerful team, where we trust each other and work towards common goals while still pursuing our personal objectives. We never miss any events and constantly learn humbly from leaders who have achieved greater results. This has helped us grow continuously.
What advice would you give to young women who aspire to have a positive impact on their communities?
For young women who aspire to make a difference in their communities, my advice is this: appreciate what you have accomplished thus far, but aim high and pursue your dreams with unwavering determination. Even when the journey is arduous, never give up. Keep growing and maintaining your belief in yourself, for, like myself, you too can achieve your goals one step at a time. With persistence, you will achieve your dreams and become a source of inspiration, possessing a strong and powerful voice to influence others and make a positive impact on their lives.
During this month, it is important to reflect on the incredible achievements of women leaders who have broken barriers and shattered stereotypes. While progress has certainly been made, there is still much work to be done to ensure that women have equal representation and opportunities in leadership positions. As we celebrate the accomplishments of women leaders this month and beyond, let us also continue to advocate for gender equality and support the next generation of women who will undoubtedly continue to make history.
