Grilling delicious food outdoors adds a unique flavor and excitement to the celebration, creating lasting memories. The casual nature of a BBQ party also encourages participation from everyone! Give our recipes a try, bring all the family together, and make it an unforgettable Father’s Day.

Coffee-Rubbed Steak

Ingredients:

2 lbs (900g) steak

2 tablespoons of Royal Black Coffee

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

Olive oil

In a small bowl, mix the Royal Black coffee, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the coffee mixture all over the steaks, ensuring they are well-coated, then drizzle them with olive oil and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight) in the refrigerator.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the steaks for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until they reach the desired level of doneness. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot.

Coffee-Spiced Ribs

Ingredients:

2 racks of baby back ribs

2 tablespoons King of Coffee

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

BBQ sauce

In a bowl, combine the King of Coffee, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs, if necessary and rub the coffee-spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Preheat the grill to low heat for indirect grilling. Place the ribs on the grill, bone-side down, away from direct heat. Close the lid and cook for about 2 hours, maintaining a steady temperature, around 250°F (120°C).

Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce during the last 20 minutes of cooking and then remove them from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting into individual servings. Serve hot.

OG BBQ Coffee Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup ketchup

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons ORGANO Black Coffee

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Put a saucepan over medium heat and combine all the ingredients, whisking until well combined. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature. Use the coffee BBQ sauce for your grilled meats or as a dipping sauce.
