Dinner: Chocolate Peppermint shake.

Friday

Breakfast: 3 egg white omelet with ½ cup sliced mushrooms, ½ cup diced onions. 1 oz. Mozzarella, and 1 small banana sliced with ½ cup strawberries.

Pro meal: 10 raw almonds, 1 pear.

Lunch: Touch of Lemon shake.
