Carlos Serrano Mendoza’s story is all about overcoming fears and accomplishing goals just by venturing outside of the comfort zone.

Originally from Mexico, Carlos has had quite a few jobs over the last 15 years. He has a degree in public accounting, taught as a high school teacher, worked as an independent insurance agent, and for more than a decade he plied his trade as a purchasing manager. However, the stress and pressure of these jobs began to take hold and he decided to retire and take some time for himself. During this time off was when he realized there was another option that didn’t come with all of the pressure and stress, but still paid the bills.

During this time, freed from his previous responsibilities when he was ready to take on new challenges, he met the Distributor Monserrat Ortiz who told him that he had returned from a business trip with ORGANO™, and he asked her to tell more about this; they set an appointment and a couple of days later they talked about this opportunity. Initially, Carlos had been struck by the trip, since he likes the idea of knowing new places and people.

They talked about the history of the company and how he could start his business, he analyzed the proposal for a couple of days and after that, they signed up to start his own ORGANO™ business. This happened on April 26, 2018. Two days later he met with his mother, then with his aunt and discovered that only took 20 minutes to convince his family to make his first sales, with which he had already generated profits. That motivated him.

Carlos was clear that his family, which has always been a support, was not an objective way to measure his possibilities with this business, so he grabbed more boxes of OG products and offered them to his colleagues in his partial work and found that the sales grew and he began to see real results.

These first sales allowed him to achieve the first results on his new business the following month:

-He reached the rank of Platinum Consultant

-With 6 new distributors registered directly below him, Carlos expects confirmation of his qualification in this month’s Go Getter promotion.

One of the strategies that Carlos has used to promote his business has been the Coffee Parties, which he does at least 4 times a month and in them he has verified that his guests can taste the product, ask all the questions about the business and also spend a pleasant time sharing with new friends, who become future prospects.

Carlos has not attended EXPO yet, but he went to a training and dinner event with Shane Morand and considers it to have been a fantastic experience. “It was something incredible, thanks to this, in a short time I achieved an advance in my business because Shane gave me some key tips to get ahead” he recalls.

Currently, Carlos has become ‘product of the product’ and has lost weight in a month thanks to OGX Fenix, which serves to be a real testimony to share with his potential customers. Consider that initially the business should be presented as an option of having an additional income and for that, your own experience will be your best introduction, demonstrating at all times enthusiasm and professionalism.
