What is the Star Achiever Program all about?
It is a program designed by ORGANO to recognize retail excellence and consistency. You can become part of it by committing to sell every month with a strong retail base.
How to become a Star Achiever
You can become an OG Star Achiever when your PQV sums 450 or more every month!
All your customer retail orders plus your personal product orders are computed to equal your total Personal Qualifying Volume (PQV) monthly. All you have to do is check your numbers and calculate how much product you need to run your business! Here are some tips:
- Calculate your household consumption: a.k.a. the products you consume
- Calculate your samples, they are an investment as they can help you convert prospects into customers.
- Calculate the number of retail items you need to make available and ready for resale at opportunity meetings and/or product presentations.
- Don’t forget to include wholesale products or items that will be sold to your new personally sponsored distributors, so they can sample while they get their first order.
If you add them up and plan for each month, you’ll be able to reach the necessary 450 PQV, or maybe even discover that you need much more.
Each time you get one of the milestones (accumulated stars) you will unlock access to incredible perks, rewards, and surprises. When you reach each milestone, you’ll receive an amazing prize and a digital certificate of your level!
Star Achiever Tiers
We have tiers starting from 6 stars and going up to 96! Each tier has a special reward once you reach it, so you want to keep your streak each month to get more and more. From products to cash and discounts, being a Star Achiever is everything.
The Star Achiever Plus Program
This is a new addition to the program, and you can get more rewards and recognition! All you have to do is consistently do your Cognition exercises for 6 minutes every day.
Doing this along with your 450 PQV can get you OGPay cash or amazing cruises with Travalla.
SUPERSTAR ACHIEVER Plus Program
Finally, we added the cherry on top: become a Super Star Achiever!
What do you have to do?
Reach 12 consecutive months, with at least 4 of your personally sponsored downlines qualifying as Star Achievers every single month.
