Liliana Rock is a USA Sapphire based in California and born in Mexico who’s using the power of Social Media and her personal connections to grow her business exponentially! This drive for results and hunger for success makes her our Spotlight story for this month.
Curiosity and drive are two words that can perfectly describe Liliana Rock. She was born in Mexico but moved to the US to fulfill her dream of becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and do a degree in Communications. Her work with the public, as well as her commitment to their personal improvement led her to Life Coaching, inspiring others to become the best version of themselves.
At the beginning of 2020 she heard about the ORGANO opportunity and decided to give it a try, enrolling as a Distribution partner in April 2020. “I decided to learn as much as possible about ORGANO and the products. I started sharing the word with all my contacts. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought the best out of most people and I can say that their minds changed when most of them listened to me talking about the great products and business”. Amidst the pandemic, she committed to recruit as many people as she could and she qualified as a Sapphire winning the Global Growth Bonus Cycle 1, all of that in just a month.
From there, she snowballed her success thanks to the smart use of Social Media and her connections, “we taught our new DPs how to properly use Social Media for their businesses, doing daily zoom presentations, phone and facetime calls”. As a coach, motivation is her main weapon and she used it to inspire results and constant effort, qualities that make a true leader. “In our second month we got new Platinum and VIP members requalified, I also requalified as a Sapphire, winning now the 2nd Global Growth Bonus Cycle and the Lifestyle Bonus”. In her third month she ranked as Sapphire once more, won the 3rd Global Growth Bonus Cycle and again the Lifestyle Bonus becoming a super star among US DPs.
Even when she is in her 4th month, Liliana hasn’t stopped learning in spite of all the victories achieved in such a short span of time. “Every day I continue to study so I can be a reliable Certified Life, Fitness and Wellness Coach. I think the key to success as an ORGANO Distribution Partner is Communication. Working with the whole team is key, every day and all the time. For me it’s important to motivate each and every one of the team members to grow as a person and as a consequence they will constantly grow their businesses. We ALL have the same opportunity and tools, it is up to us to take them, then set goals and finally crush them.”
