For Blue Diamond, Riccardo Benato, he knew he wanted to take control of his own life and work towards achieving his own dreams – not someone else’s. He grew up as an honours student – scoring the highest marks in his class – but he knew deep down that what he wanted to do with his life wasn’t something he was going to find in a textbook.
So as Riccardo went looking for his perfect future, little did he know that his perfect future was actually looking for him.
A close friend of his sat him down one day and introduced him to the ORGANO Opportunity. Riccardo quickly realized that he could take control of his own life and achieve the freedom he always desired with ORGANO, so he quickly signed up and got to work.
But while his inspiration was big, his initial goals were a bit more modest.
“All I wanted to do was surpass those few hundred euros I earned as a waiter and instead, what I got was an industry that has changed my life completely,” says Riccardo.
While we all know Riccardo’s journey has culminated in reaching Blue Diamond and becoming one of the most prominent ORGANO leaders in the world, his journey didn’t get off to the smoothest start. For the first nine months, he wasn’t able to earn much money but he continued to learn from those around him and learn from his mistakes. Each time he fell, he got back up quicker and stronger than before. Throughout this process, Riccardo began to learn not just about Network Marketing, but about himself too.
“Network Marketing is definitely a business for those who like to evolve.I strongly believe that if you want things to change in your life, YOU must change and if you want things to improve, YOU must improve. I have read dozens and dozens of personal development books, which have been crucial for the development of my journey. If you open your mind to change and work hard on yourself, the greatest doors will open — doors that the majority of people don’t want to know about or simply are not yet ready to do so just yet.”
As he began to grow and learn more about the business, these doors began to open. After just one year, he qualified as a Sapphire. A few months later, he qualified as a Ruby. Fast forward nine months, and Riccardo joined the Number One Lifestyle in the World and earned his Diamond ring. Yet, he still wasn’t satisfied. His meteoric rise took him all the way to Blue Diamond in 2015 and solidified himself as one of the world’s most successful Distributors.
Throughout his entire journey with ORGANO, through all the ups and downs and highs and lows, there’s one thing that’s never wavered for Riccardo — his love for this company and industry.
“I fell in love with this company from day one. From the first meeting, even when I did not understood everything very well, I had made a decision that this would be my opportunity. I wasn’t going to make any other excuses and I was going to give all the best of myself to radically change my lifestyle.
Changing lifestyle for me did not mean being able to drive a Ferrari or live in a mansion, it simply meant becoming the owner of my time, being able to travel, getting to know the world, and spending as much time with my family. Having achieved outstanding personal success has only made Riccardo more humble and he is currently taking the focus off him to reach out and help others achieve the same success and freedom he has.

Ciao a tutti, mi chiamo Riccardo Benato, ho 27 anni e vengo da un piccolo paesino nella provincia di Verona.
Ho iniziato Il mio viaggio con ORGANO per sfida, per gioco, con l’aspirazione massima di arrotondare quelle poche centinaia di euro che guadagnavo da cameriere e in realtà questa industria mi ha cambiato completamente la vita in pochi mesi, portandomi a dicembre 2015 a raggiungere la qualifica di Blue Diamond.
Prima di OG, avevo appena finito il percorso di studi con il massimo dei voti e non sapevo bene cosa volevo fare nella mia vita ma una cosa era ben chiara nella mia mente: non volevo valere 5 euro all’ora, non volevo 2 o 3 settimane di ferie all’anno, non volevo lavorare per i sogni di qualcun’altro e abituarmi a sopravvivere. Il network è stato lo strumento per capire cosa volevo ardentemente e il mezzo per raggiungerlo.
Tutto è iniziato grazie ad un mio amico, che ringrazierò per sempre. Mi ricordo ancora quando mi presentò i primi fogli disordinati con cui cercava di spiegarmi questa grande realtà… il resto “è storia”, in pochissimo tempo abbiamo cambiato completamente entrambi il nostro stile di vita e anche lui oggi è un Diamante e una persona libera.
Mi sono innamorato di questa azienda dal primo istante, dal primo meeting, anche se non ci avevo capito molto, ma avevo deciso che questa sarebbe stata la mia opportunità. Che non avrei inventato scuse e avrei dato il meglio di me stesso per cambiare radicalmente la mia vita.
Cambiare stile di vita per me non significava poter guidare una Ferrari o vivere in una villa, ma semplicemente diventare padrone del mio tempo, poter viaggiare, vedere il mondo, passare tutto il tempo che volessi con la mia famiglia senza il pensiero di dover timbrare un cartellino facendo le stesse cose che avevo fatto il giorno precedente e che avrei fatto quello seguente senza neanche più sapere il perché.
La scalata non è stata facile. Per i primi 9 mesi non ho guadagnato quasi nulla …ma stavo imparando…ho lavorato duramente su me stesso…sono caduto e mi sono rialzato più volte… Il network d’altronde è un business per chi vuole evolversi.
Credo fortemente che se vuoi che le cose cambino nella tua vita, TU devi cambiare e se vuoi che le cose migliorino, TU devi migliorare.
Ho letto decine e decine di libri di crescita personale che sono stati fondamentali nel mio percorso. Se apri la mente al cambiamento e lavori duramente su te stesso ti si apriranno porte grandiose che la maggior parte delle persone non vuole vedere o non è ancora pronta a vedere.
Così passo dopo passo, porta in faccia dopo porta in faccia, dopo un anno ho raggiunto lo Zaffiro, pochi mesi dopo Rubino, 3 mesi dopo Smeraldo e 9 mesi dopo Diamante. Fino a raggiungere il Blue Diamond con quasi un milione di punti!
Ora, leggendo questi dati, starai pensando che sono un fenomeno ma non è così. Ero e sono un ragazzo normale, ma ho deciso di dare tutto me stesso e non inventarmi scuse. Quando ho iniziato nessuno avrebbe scommesso un euro sul mio successo. Quindi sii consapevole che anche tu puoi farcela…anche tu puoi vincere…anche tu puoi raggiungere la tua libertà. Ma che allo stesso tempo ti troverai davanti a tante sfide…dovrai superarle e imparare da esse; nessuno ha mai costruito qualcosa di grande senza sfide. Dovrai affrontare una mancanza di stima temporanea da chi ha ancora gli occhi bendati o non è pronto ma tutto tornerà con i giusti interessi. Fai un compromesso con te stesso, tieni duro, non molla, fai azione ogni giorno e lavora duramente su di te.
Il mio obiettivo ora è raggiungere lo step di carriera successivo, lavorare ancora duramente giorno dopo giorno per diventare la persona che ho sempre sognato di diventare, ma soprattutto di portare sempre più persone dell’organizzazione che hanno deciso di seguirmi a raggiungere i loro obiettivi. Non esiste cosa più bella che vedere le persone che ti hanno dato fiducia vincere le proprie sfide e prendersi le proprie vittorie… è una sensazione straordinaria che voglio continuare a vivere ancora a lungo grazie ad ORGANO.
