Natalie Morse from Leamington, Ontario, Canada is our Distributor Spotlight for November! Her quick growth and tireless dedication to her business made her a Sapphire in a matter of two years. Let’s discover her story!
Natalie is a Pharmacist, she graduated from the University of Toronto in 2005 and became a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner in 2014. She enrolled in ORGANO in early 2018 when she attended her first event.
According to Natalie, the key to success in OG is discipline and commitment, “I live 4 hours away from Toronto. Every time there is a Super Sunday or larger Organo event in Toronto, I get there! It has been my mission since the first one I attended in May 2018 to always have at least 1 new guest with me. I firmly believe the key is committing to and investing in learning.”
A lot of hard work in activities to grow her mindset and learn the tools of the trade, “this included attending meetings, and larger training events and conferences. Reading books to learn about this new business I was entering. Watching videos, listening to podcasts or audiobooks that would help me grow my business”.
Then, when Natalie felt ready, she started giving back, making her network grow exponentially, “I have freely shared with our OG team what I have learned and have created training videos and resources for other distributors. Patience and persistence are very important. Knowing how the system works, and that by committing to daily practices that will grow your business, It will work! But you have to persist with action, and supporting your customers.”
For Natalie, events have presented some of the biggest opportunities to grow her business, keeping it social ensures that she is always moving forward, “I make it a priority to attend training events like UTX, UNITE and other events.” The importance of sampling is something she also makes emphasis on, “I’m ALWAYS prepared with stock! This way I never miss a sale or opportunity to sample to someone.”
In her short, yet fruitful OG career she’s been able to reap the benefits of consistent work, not only for her but also for her family, “this is a business I can build as a single mom that will give myself and my children opportunities we never had before. Like attending the OG getaway at a beautiful, luxury resort. My kids have received the chance to be inspired by wonderful leaders as well and that’s what I want to pass on to them.”
For any newbie independent Distribution Partner, her pieces of advice are pretty simple, “The most effective way to grow is to keep on learning and taking action. Your skills, beliefs, and success will improve through repetition and practice. Don’t wait for someone else to do the work for you. If you want to host a mixer, do it. If you want to have a meeting with your team, do it. The only way you will ever be ready for these events is to book them and get ready.”
