Nathan and Chelsea Reynolds are living proof that it doesn’t matter where you started or where you’ve been, anyone and everyone is welcome, accepted, and ready to succeed with ORGANO™.
Nathan began his career as a member of the US Military and expected to work in this field for the majority of his life. However, after enduring numerous injuries that left him unable to pursue his dreams, he needed a new career path. Since he was left with so much pain and couldn’t escape his own disabilities, he soon developed a passion for helping other people overcome their challenges with substance addictions. He spent the next few years of his life working in the mental health field, travelling across the United States and trying to leave a positive impact on the lives of everyone he came in contact with. However, despite making a difference in the lives of people all over the country, Nathan was beginning to feel the financial instability that comes with working in mental health care.
“After my last company downsized and I was laid off, my wife and baby daughter were left in a desperate financial situation” says Nathan. “Neither of us were able to work as our daughter was extremely sick and had crippling challenges that left us overwhelmed and nervous about our future. We spent many months scraping along, desperate to make it through one more day of the frustration and fear of not having enough. Though we were a battered, broken and bruised family, we held together by our faith in God, and the belief that someday breakthrough would come. Little did we know that breakthrough would come through a free cup of ORGANO™ Black Coffee.”
This breakthrough came from one of the most unlikeliest of sources. Nathan and Chelsea were browsing around Craigslist, trying to find new chairs for their home. They ended up finding some chairs up north, and when they got there, they came across something that would change their lives forever.
“That night we met this young couple who was kind, compassionate and willing to share with me a cup of Black Coffee. It was pretty obvious that I was dealing with some pain and when I shared my wife and I’s dream of traveling around the country and sharing hope and encouragement to people who are trapped in their own pain and misery, she said there might be a way for me make money to fund our future. Little did I know, the answer was sitting in a coffee cup right in front of me.”
Drinking the ORGANO™ coffee gave Nathan a sense of relief and hope. As he continued to drink it, he knew this had the potential to change his life. The only problem was, he had no experience in this type of business or industry.
“Not having any background in business or Network Marketing made me somewhat nervous when I started out, but Casey Nilsen showed me the system that ORGANO™ had put into place and I learned to follow the company’s extraordinary leadership. In order to achieve the goals that I had, I worked with Casey and developed a plan to get our business to Ruby by EXPO — just four months away. I was willing to put in the work and follow the instructions of my sponsor. I started out by following The 4 Steps to Success as well as consistently sampling with The Four Questions and slowly but surely, my business began to grow.”
In spite of some early hurdles, Nathan continued to push through. Even though he continually heard the word “no” when he tried to sample or sell the business, he never let that get him down. He kept remembering his main motivations for starting this business — to provide his daughter with the future she deserved, to give his wife an opportunity to blossom into the leader she was capable of being, and to help others around the world find relief from their daily challenges.
Nathan continually plugged into every call, hosted weekly mixers, and applied all the advice he got from his upline Diamonds. In addition to his incredible work ethic, he believes the family culture of ORGANO™ is what continually gave him hope that he could strike big with ORGANO™. In his first 90 days, he hit Sapphire and then went on to re-qualify at the same rank the following month. However, as he and his team rolled into EXPO, they needed an extra push to help get them over the hump.
“We came into Las Vegas knowing that our fire needed to be rekindled in order for us to reach our goals. What we found over the next three days was nothing short of explosive.
There were so many things that inspired me, encouraged me and built my belief in the business like never before. Some of the biggest impact came because I made sure to qualify for Mr. Holton Buggs’ Leadership Training, as well as The CEO Lunch-in. Throughout the weekend my team and I got to meet people from so many different cultures, ethnicities, backgrounds and unbelievable challenges who were finding success through the same system we had all been given. We no longer had to believe just because the people we knew back in our hometown. Now we could believe because of the worldwide success that ORGANO™ offers to all people.”
After EXPO, Nathan made a commitment to go the extra mile and nothing was going to stop him from reaching his goal of hitting Ruby in September. By working with his upline Diamonds, sampling more than ever, and leveraging the power of his team, Nathan and Chelsea hit Ruby at 11:57PM on September 30th. They had reached their goal.
Now, they’ve focused the majority of their efforts on one of their ‘WHYs” — helping others find relief from their daily challenges and help them reach their goals.
