A year went by, and once again we suited up for Jeans Day this 2018.

No, we are not stuck in the 90’s, nor this is how we usually dress in Canada to go to work. Jeans Day is a fundraiser that originated in British Columbia 26 years ago in support of the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. The donations to this foundation work to purchase life-saving equipment, provide funds for research into childhood diseases, buy food to combat malnutrition, and support a range of staff and community child health education programs.

This May 3rd, in our corporate office in British Columbia, the OG Family joins hundreds of workplaces across our province and the Yukon and dressed all in denim for Jeans Day to support this cause. But we didn’t only wear our best suits today: the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation sells buttons for $5 each to raise their donations and to this initiative, ORGANO™ corporate contributed $3 for every button sold at the office!

Interested in forming part of this event or donating to the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation? Find many resourceful ways to do so through their webpage and spread the word! You can also look for thousands of ways to make a difference in someone’s life by joining OG Cares, Organo’s own fundraising charity that gives back to the children from the communities we serve.

For all our employees that participated and donated on Jeans Day with ORGANO™ for the third consecutive year, we just want to say thank you! We’re proud to have a team committed to improving the lives of sick and injured children, and with your help, we have achieved another successful year of awesome donations!

Founded in 2008 as Organo Gold, ORGANO™ is dedicated to bringing the benefits of the earth’s nutritional riches to people throughout the world via its premium products that can be used daily to help to achieve a more energetic and healthier lifestyle.
