When Nicole first joined Organo in December 2018, she was struggling with daily nosebleeds, depression, dangerously high blood pressure, and weight gain. After being introduced to ORGANO’s black coffee and learning about the potential health benefits of Ganoderma, Nicole decided to give it a try. She was amazed by the results of consuming OG Black coffee and this transformation paved the way for more incredible lifestyle changes to improve her health.
Despite her shy and withdrawn personality, Nicole found success with her ORGANO business as a side gig. She sold over 40 boxes in her first month and was amazed by the response she received. As her business grew, Nicole made a point of getting to know her team members individually and helping them with their struggles and growth. She believed that serving leadership was key to building a strong team.
In 2020, Nicole faced additional challenges when her husband lost his job. Determined to make her OG business a success, she worked hard and achieved Sapphire, Ruby, and Emerald status that year alone! Despite the long hours and hard work, Nicole never lost sight of her goals and continued to support and grow her team.
When 2021 brought personal challenges in the form of her mother’s hip replacement surgery, Nicole made the decision to leave her full-time job and focus on her ORGANO business full-time. She knew that without her OG income, she wouldn’t have been able to pay for her mother’s operation.
As 2022 approached, Nicole set her sights on achieving Diamond status and put systems in place to help her recruit and develop strong leaders within her team. She shared her vision with her team and they were determined to work towards it together. Thanks to her hard work, dedication, self-belief, and strong leadership, Nicole achieved Diamond status in November of that year, just in time for her birthday.
Throughout her journey with ORGANO, Nicole has learned the importance of hard work, determination, and a serving mindset. She has also seen firsthand how this business can help not only individuals grow, but also help others do the same. Despite the challenges she has faced, Nicole has never lost sight of her goals and has always known that ORGANO is her partner to success and wellness.
