Carrot cream smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup of grated carrots

1 banana

1 1/2 cups of skimmed milk

1/4 cup of cashews

1 scoop of OGX Vanilla

1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Process all the ingredients in your blender until the mix is smooth and creamy. Serve immediately, you can sprinkle some additional cashews or grated carrot. 

 

Berry Green Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup of water

1 capsule of ORGANO Ganoderma Lucidum

1/2 cup of frozen blueberries

1/2 cup of frozen strawberries

1/2 banana

1 cup of spinach

 

Mix the yogurt, spinach, and water, followed by all the fruit. Blend until the mix is smooth, finally add the powder from the capsule and mix well. Serve immediately.

 

Chia smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana

1 scoop of OGX FENIX Chocolate or Vanilla

1 cup of skimmed milk or almond milk

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1/4 of walnut chunks

Ice

Blend the banana, OGX FENIX and milk first, then start adding the other ingredients one by one, if the mix is too creamy you can add some water or extra milk. Serve immediately.
