Wilfredo hasn’t followed a common path in life, this hard working Salvadorian has fought his way through life to achieve his dreams. Nine years ago, the ORGANO opportunity knocked on his door. He felt unsure about his “business” skills and took some time to figure out if that’s what he wanted to do, “I don’t know anything about businesses, but something in me pushed me to do it. I spent two years as a mere spectator, seeing others succeed with OG. One day, bored out of my routine, I asked God for a sign to really invest all of me in ORGANO. From that day I took myself seriously and pushed through.”
Since then, Wilfredo has gone through many challenges, but the constant presence and support of his leader and mentor, Blanca Sachtouras helped him overcome tough obstacles and moments, he explains, “she changed my life with her words, Blanca helped me get a clear direction of where I should go, and pushed me to achieve my best, that’s why I’m an emerald today.” Part of that coaching was creating a roadmap, seeing who else in his team could commit to have great results and work together for that common goal, “we worked hard, lost sleep, made lots of presentations. I don’t drive, so I had to make it to places by using the train or buses. I was fully committed to it and it was a whole experience.”
Attending events was also a vital part for his success, “I go to every event I can, whether it is live or virtual. Hearing other people’s success stories has inspired me and given me the right mindset to achieve my goals”, a complete transformation for a man who considers himself “shy”.
Wilfredo is now on the other side, being the inspiring figure he once watched with admiration and his piece of advice for anyone who wants to be part of this select club is: “become teachable, people who have wisdom will see that drive in you and will extend their hand to you. Once you have the knowledge, focus on your goals and take action, work every day, tirelessly to materialize results.”
