Erick Rivera was born in El Salvador but moved to New Jersey in 2012, he works at a food distribution company parallel to his ORGANO business. Since he joined, he has strived to follow the 4 steps, implement them and grow his business day by day, This constant effort and dedication brought him to his current rank, “the biggest motivation to achieve this rank came from a private dinner I had the chance to have with Mr Paul Caldwell, it taught me a whole lot about holding yourself accountable and committed to your goals.”
In his mind and practice, Erick tries to keep things simple to achieve maximum success, “I achieved this by following the instructions of my leader and being a coachable person. I became a listener and started imitating the successful things others did, and now I’m a success myself.” Events, on the other hand, were also crucial for Erick to grow his business faster, “events helped me elevate my standards and gave me the tools and information I needed to get to a new level.”
His advice to other Distribution Partners is to learn to listen, “follow your leader, they want all good things for you. Make sure you reach out to people every day, show the product to someone, grow your team and solidify your community.”
