The fresh air or the upcoming Spring has inspired us to share a few aromatic tea recipes you can try this season! Hot or cold, this beverage is packed with the nutrients, antioxidants and vitamins you need to stay vital and have a quick pick-me-up anytime in the day.

Blackberry Tea

4 ORGANO Red tea bags

¼ cups mint leaves, crushed

3 cups boiling water

3 tbsps of honey

1 1/2 cup of Blackberries

Steep the ORGANO Red Tea as you usually do, but on a heat proof pitcher, add the mint and let it all rest for 10 minutes.

Strain into another pitcher and discard the tea bags and mint, add the honey.

On a food processor, put the blackberries and turn into puree. Discard pulp and seeds with a strainer and add the puree into the pitcher. Taste and adjust sugar as desired. Chill and serve.

Sparkling green tea

2/3 cup of sugar

2/3 cup water

1 cup mint leaves

5 cups of ORGANO Green tea dissolved and cold (5 tea bags)

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

2 cups of sparkling water

In a saucepan combine the water and the sugar, cook over medium high until sugar comes to a boil and is dissolved. Add the mint leaves and let it cool.

Once the syrup is cold, take out the mint leaves and mix with the green tea on a pitcher, add the lime juice and the sparkling water. Serve immediately, decorate with mint leaves and enjoy!
