Whether you’re in the mood for a classic chocolate cake or something more inventive, we’ve got you covered with these amazing cake recipes, these concoctions are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth and make your World Chocolate Day celebrations extra special. Easy Peasy Chocolate Cake


1 cup white sugar

1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

4 sachets of ORGANO Hot Cocoa Powder

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 ½ teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 cup milk

½ cup vegetable oil

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup boiling water


Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease and flour two nine inch round pans.


In a large bowl, mix the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Then, add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla, mix for 2 minutes on medium speed of the mixer. Stir in the boiling water last. 


Your batter will be thin and liquidy, then pour evenly into the prepared pans.


Bake them 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until the cake tests done with a toothpick. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.


Cocoa Mousse



1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream

1/3 cup of ORGANO Hot Cocoa Powder

1/4 powdered sugar

1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional


In a chilled mixing bowl whip the cream until frothy and slightly thicken. Add powdered sugar and ORGANO Hot Cocoa and carefully mix until soft peaks form.


Add the almond extract and whip until stiff peaks form.


Spoon the cream into a plastic or piping bag with a piping tip. Pip into serving bowls or glasses.


Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.


Choco cake in a cup



3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon of brown sugar

1 sachet of ORGANO Hot Cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon of  baking powder

3 tablespoons of milk

1 tablespoon of canola oil

1 drop of vanilla extract

10 semisweet chocolate chips


In a microwaveable mug combine the flour, sugar, ORGANO Hot Cocoa powder, and baking powder. Add the milk, oil, and vanilla.


With a fork, gently stir until the batter no longer has lumps. Sprinkle it with chocolate chips.


Cook the cake in the microwave for a minute. Let cool for 5 minutes to allow for the cake to finish cooking. Enjoy!
