We’ve always admired our Distributors’ passion and commitment towards ORGANO. However, every now and then comes someone that stands out for something more than believing in our core values. Such is the case of Stéphanie Lavoie, who won our hearts with her gratitude towards life and her ability to always see the positive side in any situation.
Stéphanie, an actress and teacher from Abitibi-Témiscamingue in Northern Québec, transformed her life when she started her ORGANO business. Just by doing it as a part-time job, she’s now able to generate extra income that allows her to travel and provide a better quality of life for herself and for the ones she loves. She soon realized the health benefits of the ORGANO products, and started meeting new people who were referred to her and were eager to know more about them. “Well-being is precious,” Stéphanie tells us. That’s why she appreciates the opportunity to give endless possibilities to those around her through a simple beverage: “All beings on Earth deserve to live well, in safety. I want to make a difference. I want to help.”
Stéphanie is passionate about learning new things. She recently ranked as Platinum Elite Consultant and attributes her success to the fact that she has been coachable since the day she became a Distributor. Her most useful allies have been OG Academy and Think and Grow Rich, and has even translated some courses to French to help her team to grow. She’s also grateful for the visionary and professional guidance of ORGANO’s top leaders which made her believe in the system and gave her reasons to succeed in the business. With her unique team, they have now the vision of “building the most beautiful cathedral in the world” — a mental picture she imagines daily of an ideal life where she can keep feeling the joy and inner peace when serving others by bringing them the treasures of the Earth.
With this vision set in her mind, Stéphanie knows life is too short to let herself be defeated by everyday-obstacles. When a problem arises, she addresses it but does not dwell on it. She knows when is the time to stay positive, roll up her sleeves and keep going forward.
Stéphanie assists to OG Mixers and events every three months, so it’s no surprise that she got her tickets to EXPO 2018 since UTX! She knows there’s always a chance for improvement, and that this is a unique opportunity to gain new leadership skills to keep up to date on managing her ORGANO business. Apart from this, she is also excited to be with her fellow Distributors and to relive the feeling of unity when they all come together.
We asked Stéphanie for advice to share with all Distributors who want to follow in her steps. For her, consistency and perseverance are the keys to growing a successful ORGANO business, as well as maintaining a positive attitude when facing problems. “Obstacles — they are everywhere, all the time. Focus on the beauty of each moment, on the strong, positive points of everyday life,” she says. “My attitude determines my altitude, so I work on myself first, and then my business feels the best, ALWAYS.”
