Ibrahim Mojica from Daytona Beach, Florida started his ORGANO business in December 2025. Yes, that’s just a few weeks ago! Yet by January 2026, he’d already qualified as our newest Sapphire Consultant, completed two Global Bonus cycles, and helped two team members start their first cycle!! 

How does someone build that kind of momentum that fast? According to Ibrahim, it comes down to treating a part-time business with full-time discipline.

From Merchant Marine to Business Strategist

Ibrahim’s background shaped how he approaches ORGANO. His formal education in Merchant Marine and Business Administration taught him two things that matter in any venture: structure and execution.

As a merchant marine there is no room for improvisation. You have to follow protocols, maintain systems, and have clear goals. Then, business administration adds the strategic layer: understanding how the pieces work together to create something profitable and sustainable.

He brought both mindsets to ORGANO when he started building his business part-time while maintaining his primary career. Ibrahim studied ORGANO’s compensation structure in depth and learned how Global Bonus cycles work. He cracked the code on how to complete them, and most importantly, how to teach others to do the same.

That teaching component plays a higher role. Plenty of people can build their own business but only a few can explain it clearly enough so others can replicate the process. Ibrahim’s ability to do it sets him apart and ensures that more people on his team can participate and build sustainable income streams.

His focus on this strategy paid off and he completed his first Global Bonus cycle, then his second. Two team members are now working through their first cycle, which tells you something about his effectiveness as a mentor.

In early 2026, Ibrahim attended a major ORGANO leadership event in Bonita Springs, Florida, bringing his mother alongside. They received direct training from top company leaders on leadership development, Global Bonuses, and business expansion strategies.

Now, he’s building this business around his life: he maintains his primary career while he works ORGANO part-time. But “part-time” doesn’t mean casual, he always shows up with focus and determination, treating his ORGANO business with the same discipline he does to his full time role. 

Ibrahim is just getting started. He qualified as a New Sapphire Consultant within weeks of launching his business, his team is growing, with members progressing through their own cycles.

The story here isn’t about quick wins or shortcuts. It’s about what happens when someone with the right training, the right mindset, and the right work ethic applies themselves to an opportunity. Ibrahim showed up, learned the systems, taught others, and built momentum, and he did it all while keeping his day job.
