ORGANO™ Asia’s marquee event, the UNITE Asia Convention, took place March 24-26, with thousands of OG Distributors coming together at Bangkok’s IMPACT Convention Center to join in the excitement, recognition and edification that can only be experienced at an ORGANO™ convention. Never before in the history of ORGANO™ was there a better time to UNITE and come together as ONE. The two day event started with the Sapphire Retreat on Friday, March 24, followed by the main event on Saturday, March 25. In addition, exclusive training with Mr. Holton Buggs took place on Sunday, March 26 for Thai Distributors who qualified.
Over 400 Distributors attended the Sapphire Retreat on Friday for exclusive training from Mr. Buggs at the Impact Arena. Among the Distributors in attendance were Crown Diamond Lilia Bautista from the Philippines, Black Diamond Steve Martin from Canada, Blue Diamond Amnart Chumchaem from Thailand, Bryan Pillay from Malaysia, Nattawat Chareonwattanamongkol, and Chattarat Thaidecha. Discussed at the retreat were ways to stay focused and build business in Asia, and ways to develop the right mindset to become a true leader in ORGANO™, in order to recruit and retain distributors for sustainability and future business growth.
At the main event on Saturday, Founder and CEO of ORGANO™, Bernie Chua, opened the convention by congratulating ORGANO™ Thailand for Outstanding Product of the Year Award in the beverage category by the Council of the Business and Economic Promotion Academies, and laying out the vision for Asia. Existing market development, new products and additional Distributor incentives will be the focus of the next few years.
The Asian Convention also had a Company first — a Diamond knighting ceremony outside of the United States. FIVE new diamonds from Thailand, two from Malaysia, and one from Laos were selected. In addition, another monumental step for ORGANO™ took place at the UNITE Asia Convention; OG Academy was launched! Three languages were introduced: English, Thai, and Chinese. In addition, David Almarinez introduced the next Asia incentive trip – the Ganoderma Farm Tour – taking place XX.
The Women’s International Impact Network (WiiN) panel touched on teaching the women of Asia how to be successful leaders. The panel highlighted a few great women leaders in Asia – Crown Diamond Lilia Bautista from the Philippines, Black Diamond Chattarat Thaidecha from Thailand, Diamond Boochitar Waraphimok from Thailand, and Sapphire Barnadatte Ho from Hong Kong.
Sunday, following the main event, additional exclusive training with Mr. Buggs was held for Distributors who qualified. In attendance were 80 top OG Distributors who had the opportunity to bring 10 other Distributors, and prospective Distributors, to learn the importance of completing orientation within 72 hours of enrolling with ORGANO™. Distributors and their guests had the opportunity to ask questions of Mr. Buggs. The most popular questions focused on the importance of follow-up with newly enrolled Distributors within 72 hours; the major reasons most people quit their business; and the essential steps of planning, action, and implementation that need to be taken to grow a network.
The 2017 UNITE Asia Convention was a HUGE success! Part of the convention was broadcast on Facebook live, reaching over 880,000 people! Never before in the history of ORGANO™ has there been a better time to UNITE, and come together as ONE! This monumental stage in ORGANO™ history reached thousands of people, providing them with the skills to be more successful in their business in many different ways.
