Ladies and Gentleman – Welcome to the main event! Fewer battles have been awaited with such eager anticipation, on a global scale, than the one between two of coffee’s finest champions (Mocha and Latte). Because of their seemingly identical nature, these two coffee preparations are a bit hard to distinguish from each other. Let’s go ringside, with ORGANO™ in both corners, to meet the contenders.
Café Mocha (Team “Mucho Mocha”)
Named after the distinctive coffee bean from which it derived its name, Mocha is actually a type of coffee bean, originating in Mocha – Yemen. Mocha, in its most basic formulation, consists of espresso, steamed milk, foam, and yes, you guessed it – chocolate! Some prepare mocha using powdered cocoa, while others may opt to drizzle generously with chocolate syrup. It’s no wonder why mocha, as a term, symbolizes chocolate coffee!
Cafe Latte (Team Love A Latte”)
The term, as used in English, is a shortened form of the Italian caffé latte (which means “milk coffee”), Café con Leche or Café Au Lait, if your coffee spirit is channeling Spanish or French. Most commonly prepared with one shot of espresso, mixed with 6 to 8 ounces of steamed milk, then topped with a light foam layer. The frothy milk layer allows baristas to create beautiful drawings, to delight coffee connoisseurs across the globe. Of course, if you prefer greater amperage via caffeine, up the number of shots!
With no possibility of defeat for either brew – there’s certainly no need to fight – both champions remain undefeated worldwide. So, whether you’re team Latte or team Mocha, ORGANO™ is in your corner with its Gourmet Café Latte and Café Mocha. Both pack a punch, are enhanced with Ganoderma Lucidum, and these two total knockouts have never even thrown a jab!
