Blanca Sachtouras, is a woman on a mission to serve and inspire others, as others have inspired her to leave a legacy for millions of women.

Both Blanca and her husband John, shared the same vision of becoming financially free leaders, and Organo helped make their dreams come true. Blanca became involved with the Company when her husband came back from ORGANO™ first International Convention in Jamaica. It was then she realized that in order to make her and her family’s dreams come true, she needed to be involved in the business, and be both a business partner and a supportive wife.

She made a decision to be an active part of the MLM industry

It was this moment that she began to prepare herself by reading books, listening to audios and taking action with her husband. In addition, she made a conscious decision not to listen to negativity, but rather focus on positivity and surround herself with people who will only be uplifting to her. Then she set out on the mission to lead the Latino team with her husband – and become one of the biggest teams in the Company.

With much work and success, it is important to lead a balanced life. Blanca balances multiple roles by making sure she makes time to spend with her family, friends, and business partners. “When we have to travel for the business, I focus 100% on business and I try not to let distractions take my attention. When we are not traveling, I have designated time for business, and another time exclusively for family. I do my best to spend quality time with my husband and daughter, where we have fun together. I believe in working hard, but playing hard by spending time with my loved ones, too.” She also tries to dedicate at least 30 minutes to one hour a day to read and to pray, while balancing time for her family, friends and herself. “I think that a life without balance is unstable.”

Blanca makes it her personal goal to be a role model for all women

From a young age she had a grand vision for women, growing up in a household with four sisters. “My mother always told me that I could be someone very important in life, and that one day I would be an example for both women and men.” She was encouraged at the age of 17 to leave her home country of Panama to study abroad, and before she was 25 she had studied, and lived, in three different countries. Throughout those years abroad, she realized that her mother was right, that as a woman she could do so much. This instilled in her a passion for women to achieve, and motivated her to be a positive example. Yet, it was at an Organo’s Dallas event in 2011 that Blanca truly understood that women make up about 70% of the industry, and that it didn’t matter what ethnicity a woman was, she could most certainly be recognized for her achievements. “When I was honored and recognized at that event, my passion grew stronger as I saw what I could do for other women.”

With success also come setbacks, as they are inevitable. Blanca has learned over the years to stay positive in the face of adversities, because everything is temporary. “I learned that any situation, no matter how difficult, can always be changed to something positive. Things will change, depending on how we see it and how we handle it. When there is a difficult situation, I always try to think about what I can do differently to change that situation and how I can use it to make it a positive learning experience.” Reading books, attending trainings and conferences have helped her focus on solutions and not on problems. Not listening to negativity has helped Blanca to master emotional intelligence.

Blanca says that her mother was her very first mentor. “She taught me how to be spiritually strong and to always put God first.” She wouldn’t be where she is today without being raised by loving parents that taught her the values of affection, love and respect. “My mother was always loving, affectionate and spiritual, and my dad was always a hard worker, persistent and a great provider. I am blessed to have a piece of both of them.”

Inspiration from Others

Now, after getting involved in ORGANO™, Blanca looks up to Mrs. Earlene Buggs. “I am always learning from her and I look up to her for guidance in the business, as a wife and as a woman leader. She has taught me so much about harnessing my strengths and weakness, her wisdom and expertise has helped me become more confident, courageous and have clarity of who I want to become.” Because of the inspiration from both her parents and Mrs. Buggs, Blanca’s mantra is “forgive, forget and bless others.”

Blanca’s top priority is to always stay connected with God, be grateful for everything she has achieved and never take anything for granted. “I continue to constantly work on myself and look for peace from within.” When she first came to ORGANO™, something said by Mr. Holton Buggs left a lasting impression: “The more money you make, the more humble you should be.” Blanca will always stay grateful because she knows where she came from and who has been there for her from the beginning.

“What has given me the greatest satisfaction is to have the family I have today … together we have understood life and overcame many obstacles.”
