The Ultimate Training Event  

The air was electric in Las Vegas last weekend, as the highly-anticipated Project 50 Thousand event unfolded over two energetic days. And what was billed as the Ultimate Training Event didn’t fail to deliver.

Attendees were treated to two amazing days of training from two of the finest in the business — Organo Gold’s Co-Founder and Global Master Distributor Shane Morand, and Executive Vice President of International Sales and Marketing Holton Buggs. Several OG Diamond leaders also took to the stage to share their stories of success, and inspired the excited crowd.

Some of the training topics and lessons that were covered included:

• How to stay in Zone 1

• The importance of sampling!

• Guidelines for the 90-Day and 30-Day Plans

• How to start at the bottom and work your way to the top!

• The importance of putting Systems, Teams and Tools in place

• Understanding the cycle of a prospect

• Never get too big for the little things
As always, OG’s extraordinary trainers, Shane Morand and Holton Buggs, delivered many memorable tips and lines. Shane’s words of wisdom were, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail,” while Holton’s line of the weekend was, “The team is more important than my team.”

There was a lot of training information delivered over the two day period — but the results of a satisfaction survey after the event showed that the message really did take hold. An impressive 93 percent of attendees believed that they had learned valuable business skills during the OG P50K event, while 92 percent of those surveyed stated that they now have a clear plan on what they need to do to succeed.

Perhaps the most impressive survey result of all was that 100 percent of participants said they will be in attendance at the Organo Gold  International Convention in Los Angeles on August 29 and 30! A Weekend of Big Announcements  

Organo Gold’s training leaders took to the stage last weekend in Las Vegas for Project 50 Thousand, and while training was the focus, the event also set the scene for many exciting announcements.

Here are just some of the thrilling pieces of news that were shared with the enthralled crowd during the course of the event:

OG has already opened its doors in Hong Kong, an exciting development in a market with amazing potential.

The next country on the OG opening agenda is Turkey, which will launch March 8, marking further expansion into the rapidly growing European market.

The announcement of an impending launch of a new and refreshed corporate website on February 18 — stay tuned for a website that is more polished and professional than ever.

One of the announcements that received the biggest response from the crowd was the news that BackOffice is having a dramatic update — this elicited screams of joy from the audience, and is sure to make the lives of OG Distributorssimpler than ever!

OG’s fantastic DVD title, Coffee That Pays, was a big success at the P50K training event, with over 10,000 copies sold!

Also a popular announcement was the news of the OG incentive cruise trip, which will see Distributors qualify for a 5-day, 4-night Western Caribbean cruise, departing from Fort Lauderdale, Florida in November. Go to your BackOffice for details.
