Anyone who has started a network marketing business can tell you that it can be quite a challenging endeavor. Some of these may surface while initializing your business – from feeling like you’re unprepared to hitting a brick wall that you don’t think you can get over.  Despite the challenges you may face – and how overwhelming they can be – obstacles can always be overcome with determination and hard work.

You Bring Your Determination and Focus

One of the most important aspects of a flourishing network marketing business is having the determination to succeed. It takes focus. Start with setting clear business goals. Everyone that is building a business at ORGANO™ has a personal story behind their business mission. Second, discover when you do your best work and build a schedule around that time, knowing when you are at your peak productivity.  And, have and stick to a routine; it’s especially helpful on those days when you are a bit restless or distracted. Sticking to your routine will help keep you focused.

We’ve got the Tools and System

Every big business was once a small business. Remember, ORGANO™ started in a one room office in 2008 and is now in over 50 countries. And in building a global business – with the best business builders in the industry, Shane Morand, and Holton Buggs – we’ve designed an incredibly comprehensive business Starter Kit to do just that!  We take you from the history of the Company to its current product line and how to build a successful business from that product line. Our proprietary “4 Steps to Success” system is responsible for some of the largest Distributorships in the industry.  With the support of weekly calls and webinars, corporate training and events, OG Customer Care and our new online OG Academy (live March 2017!) – there is a global community of support for your business success.

No One is a Stranger

Focus? Check. Tools? Check. Training? Check.  For network marketing businesses, the best way to build your business resides in the name:  networking. OG Mixers are key… but don’t stop there!  Interacting in your own community is another way to make your business take off. Networking events and meetings are a great place to find new, business-oriented consumers who are willing to listen to what you and your product have to offer.  Churches, business associations, chamber of commerce events are great places where people gather.  There are also other, more casual events where people might crave a great cup of coffee (an OG sample perhaps?) –  watching a child’s sporting event, PTA meetings or weekly book club meetings. Where do you naturally meet people?

It’s the Passion behind the Business

When spending time with these new prospects, know what it is that you and ORGANO™ stand for; what is your cause?  Why are you enthusiastic about ORGANO™ and its products? That passion is contagious, and it attracts people, questions, and curiosity. When you are passionate about your product, those you are networking with can sense that passion and can understand your product better. Know your product, and know what causes your company stands for. Those are the aspects of your product that draw in new customers.

The Community behind the Company

The last key to success in building a networking marketing business is not to be afraid to ask for help. Look to your upline for advice when you are confused, or you feel off course. It is highly important when starting to be willing to be coachable and listen to the advice of those above you and learn their techniques. Being willing to listen and change when necessary is the best way to grow. When you grow, your business grows.

Attend a training event! The annual Organo Ultimate Training Experience will be held in Las Vegas on March 4-5, 2017. This is the training event to attend. It’s led by Co-Founder Shane Morand and Chief Visionary Officer Holton Buggs; it is a weekend of business building education, company information and leadership inspiration.

Remember – as personal finance advisor and author Robert Kiyosaki has said, “The size of your success is measured by the strength of your desire; the size of your dream; and how you handle disappointment along the way.” Take control of your life and business, stay determined, and never give up!
