5 easy steps to be healthier today

  1. Drink more water. The human body is primarily made of up of water. Our environment, exercise, and basic bodily functions deplete us of water constantly throughout the day — so one of the easiest and healthiest things you can do is drink more water. Encourage yourself to stay hydrated by finding a water bottle you love and keeping it with you throughout the day.   2. Replace one meal a day. Take the work out of complete nutrition and replace one meal (or two if you’re feeling ambitious) with a OGX FENIX™ shake.   3. Get more sleep. We know, this one might not seem so easy — but hear us out! Almost everything in your health is related to getting enough sleep.   4. Smile more. When we are smiling, we feel better.
